Cresnet Device Types Now Supported
Where required, Cresnet device types are now supported under the “Devices” section when editing templates and rooms.
Associating Device with Room ID
When editing rooms, under the “Devices” section, associating a device with a “Room ID” is now possible, to handle cases where the device needs to be associated with a room other than itself, or to a sub-room within the room.
Zoom Room IP Pre-Populates During Mass Onboarding
When mass onboarding discovered Zoom Rooms to Pulse, the Zoom Room IP address now pre-populates into the mass deployment web form.
Microsoft Teams Room IP Pre-Populates During Mass Onboarding
When mass onboarding discovered Microsoft Teams Rooms to Pulse, the Teams Room IP address now prepopulates into the mass deployment web form.
Portal
New Alert Category; “Notice”
A new alert category, “Notice”, now shows alerts that are lower in criticality to “Low” alerts. These are not detrimental to the operation of rooms, but represents best practice not being followed or other minor issues.
This new category comes with two new alerts;
- A new “Notice” level alert will now show when a Space VC, Space CE or Pulse room has not been setup within the Information Portal.
- A new “Notice” level alert will now show when a room in the Information Portal has fields whose values are blank.
Platform Version Number
The current Innomesh platform version number is now displayed on the web interface at the bottom of the window.
Ability to Filter Assets by Online/Offline Status
On the assets page, it is now possible to filter assets based on their online/offline status.
Room ID Now Shown in Alert Details
On tenancies that require it, Room ID is now shown in the Alert Details view of all alerts.
Client Logo Now Link to Home Page
Clicking on the client logo now loads the portal home page (hotlist).
Mass Recalling Asset Actions Reimagined
For mass recalling asset actions, the edge case where selecting assets of different types with the same action name, but with different parameters, is now handled gracefully. For e.g. the “update firmware” action is available for different types of assets, but each type of asset has different firmware version names or numbers. To proceed with a mass update of firmware, the user is now offered the option to select an asset type, rather than needing to manually select assets individually of the same type.
IP Address of Device Links to WebUI in Alert Details
In the “Alert Details” view, if the alert has an associated asset IP address, that IP address is now presented as a link to enable users to navigate to the web portal of the device easily, where available.
Zoom Room Assets Can Now Be Refreshed
The Zoom Room assets details page can now be updated via a “Refresh” button, to reflect live changes in the Zoom Room’s configuration.
Slack Notifications Update
Slack notifications for alerts now link directly to the tenant’s Innomesh Portal Hotlist, rather than simply to the Portal’s default page.
Information Tab Categorising Room Fields
The Information Portal now supports categorising room fields into categories.
Information Tab Disable Room Fields
The Information Portal now supports disabling room fields.
