Introduction
Innomesh is capable of pushing critical alert notifications to Microsoft Teams, allowing operational users to be notified in real time when issues arise. This guide explains the setup that needs to be implemented on the client side for Innomate to enable this feature.
Setup Steps
Step 1 – Create Dedicated Teams Channel
We generally recommend creating a new Team dedicated for Innomesh notifications. Alternatively, identify the Team where you would like notifications to be sent.
Step 2 – Add connector
Once the Team is created or identified, click on the ellipsis (…) for the Team, then click on “Connectors”
Step 3 – Configure Webhook
Select “Incoming Webhook” -> “Configure”.
Step 4 – Enter Webhook Name
Enter a name for the Incoming Webhook, and upload a logo if desired. Then, click “Create”.
Step 5 – Enter Innomate URL
Once the Incoming Webhook is created, the webhook URL will be available. Provide this URL to Innomate for onboarding.
