Alert Diagnosis

The ability for the Innomate/UXT support team to diagnose and add notes to an alert is available as of Innomesh Verison 3.4.0

Features

The diagnosis will be visible to Innomesh Hotlist users. Innomate/UXT team members will investigate alerts in your environment, a green diagnosis box next to the alert will show that the Innomate/UXT team has looked into an alert and will contain notes to assist your on-site team in troubleshooting and resolving the alert.

How to access Alert Diagnosis

It’s likely that you have already seen a diagnosis in your environment. They appear on the hotlist page (accessed by clicking “hotlist” from the menu bar) next to hotlist items automatically after the Innomesh/UXT team has investigated the alert.
