Features & Enhancements:

Cisco Video Conferencing

  • Joining scheduled meetings from the touch panel
  • Joining third-party (unscheduled) meetings:
    • Webex
    • Zoom
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Google Meet
  • Dialling ad-hoc numbers
  • Dialling address book contacts
  • Receiving incoming calls
  • Meeting controls:
    • Microphone mute
    • Camera on/off
    • Content sharing start/stop
    • Meeting layout change
    • Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) keypad controls

Pod Enrichment

  • Simplified pod configuration: Pods now have a Pod Source ID field, allowing users to link a pod to an AV source by entering the AV Source ID into this field.
  • Improved instructor controls: Instructor source buttons on the pods’ touch panel are now disabled when the instructor is not sharing to all pods or when the room is off.
  • Pods shutdown and source deselection behaviour: Similarly to AV Destinations these behaviours can now be defined under the Pod Displays section.
  • Automatic pod mute: Pods can now automatically mute if the instructor is presenting.
  • Refactored pod control code for better reliability.

Drivers

  • Addition of JTech MV41 Switcher Comport over TCP driver.
  • Addition of Extron DSP Comport over TCP driver.
  • Addition of Extron IN1804 Comport over TCP driver.

Bugfixes

  • Screens no longer retract on source signal loss (e.g. when a laptop is unplugged); they now only retract when the user manually deselects the source to the screens.
  • Fixed an issue in pod systems where, with “Group Non Preview Destinations When Routing Pods” enabled, routing a source from the instructor touch panel would override all non-preview destinations. This is now corrected so that only non-preview destinations that already have a pod source routed are overridden.
  • Panasonic EQ1 LCD (TCP) Driver
    • Improved command reliability by ensuring commands are always sent with the required credentials.
  • Cisco Codec (SSH) Driver
    • Fixed bug causing logs to be flooded with Device State changes.
